Question: Chocolate chip starfish tankmates

Hi
I was wondering if chocolate chip starfish would be compatible with a snowflake eel and/or adult green spotted puffers. Would the stars get eaten? Is there another kind of starfish that would go better with the puffers and eel? Would live rock be the best choice for this aquarium?

Live Rock is always the best choice, u cant go wrong with it.

I would be concerned about the puffers trying the starfish out as a snack.
I'm not positive that they would, but they are known to take a bite out of nearly anything, either out of belligerence or "just to see."
