While I was cleaning my tank my lighting thing fell and it had a bunch of salt in it and the salt level went up and they died after a while excepy for one. I am planning on getting a sea urchin for the algea and I guess some damsels. Any sugestions on other stuff that are cheap for a twenty gallon tank except live rock
My fish died
Any sugestions on how to prevent these aweful tragedies

if i'm understanding it right, the tragedy that happened was an accident where you dropped your light into the tank? you'll just have to be more careful and what's this about a light with salt?

and i would advise against "cheap" stuff. i only buy reliable, name brand stuff just to know that the stuff won't fail suddenly. that will help prevent tragedies.

The light evaporates salt wich collects at the top and that is how there was salt in the lighting and it is very cheap but the tank isnt

People can stop replyng now I already got enough help and fixed the salt levels but I am still working on getting a light upgrade and I need one anyway becuase the other one is very cheep and yeah. So dont post. I need no more help on this. Only post if your helping get a lamp. I already tried some websites that have the right size but I will just keep on looking. New Fish!!!
