I am just wondering what is the recommended stocking for a 10g FOWLR. I know not much can go in it, but I am wondering what will. I will want a shrimp, a couple of hermit crabs, and a snail or two. So what fish could I put in along with my clean-up crew? Thanks for any input.

Not many options for that size tank. You could look at a goby or 2, or perhaps a firefish. I believe there is even a blenny variety or 2 that can go in a 10 gallon. Look at those families, but research specific varieties carefully before buying, because some of them (blennies for instance) have individual species that will do fine in a 10 gallon, while others need a 30 gallon or more.
