Glass or Acrylic tank???

I'm shopping around for a 90g reef tank. I'm not sure if I should get acrylic or glass. Is acrylic worth the high price??

Does anybody have any input on this... pros and cons??

I personally would use glass for a reef
Acrylic

Pros:
Clear
Scratch removal kits
Stronger
Light Weight

Cons:
Scratches way to easily

Glass:

Pros-
Lots of magnet cleaners can be used
Doesn't scratch easily

Cons:
Heavy.
Unlike acrylic, it shatters instead of bending
Reflects a lot

There's a few others.

The main reason why I prefer glass is because the scratches. Especially if you have sand. The scratch remover kits doesn't exactly remove them, but they make the scratches small until you can only see it if you look closely. Acrylic tank all so scratch from most magnet cleaners.

I have acrylic and am very pleased with it, but my tank is FW. So far, no scratches. I have 2 young children, and I don't have to worry about a stray ball shattering the tank.

I agree with ATP. With a reef tank you will likely get encrusting coralline algae which can be a pain in the you know what to scrape off the tank walls and having glass you will be much less likely to scratch the walls removing it.
