My 10gal evaps about 1/2gal a day I have been just adding RO/DI water to top off. What I was wondering was should I slow drip it in or top off? Thanks

The slower the better obviously, but I think you'll be ok just topping off with temp adjusted RO water. Keep an eye on salinity and alkalinity.

I periodically test calcium, alkalinity and salinity before doing top offs so I can supplement during top offs if needed. If adding corals you'll want to keep the parameters on target.

I do a 20% water change weekly and test every other and my parameters have been on target. thanks
