10 Gallon saltwater set up HELP

I bought a 10gallon JEBO aquarium I want set it up for salt water.. Please provide me some guidelines on how to put water, fish, corals, maintaining of water? how frequent ? IfI used premix saltwater how shoild I add it. Please!!!!!

Have you had a fish tank of any sort before? If not I would advise against a salt tank for your first as most make mistakes and salt water mistakes are costly.

Second, if you have not had a salt water tank before I would advise against a 10 gallon one to start with because there will be more problems to deal with since it will not be as stable as a larger tank.

Lastly...no mater what kind of fish tank you do you need to do the research for it. You can start with the beginners guides on the top of this page.

10 gallons can be quite the sw tank...I've got three, yep 3 10 gallon nano tanks.

Setup for a 10 gallon would be the same as a larger tank, but you just need to find things fit for smaller aquariums. One thing you wouldn't need in a nano would be a protien skimmer...with weekly water changes you'll be fine. The best thing to do is start with a FOWLR (Fish only with live rock) and then slowly add corals, this will insure great water quality. PM me if you want and we'll start this nano step by step
