freshwater to SW

I am a newbie to SW and my first tank will be a 55 gallon tank (which for the deal would include the filter, hood, gravel etc) BUT it was used previously as a freshwater tank.
I would like some things I need to change advice/suggestions. I am going for a FOWLR setup with a cleaner crew in there so I think that the lighting will change (freshwater uses NO fluorescents correct?) and I know that filter won't work either. Advuce and suggestions on what else?

As a side note, I love clowns so I would like to have 1 black clown and a ocellaris clown in there (no anemones though), would this be feasable?

The saltwater aquarium setup has a list of equipment needed. If you're just running a FOWLR, lights are not as important as say in a reef tank. There are inexpensive power compact lighting fixtures that have 2 different types of bulbs (1 actinic, 1 full spectrum) you can run that gives off a nice color.
