| Zoas and mushrooms are a good place to start. You can also keep some of the easier LPS corals like frogspawn or candy cane. Other soft corals like kenya tree or xenia would work fine too. |

| Not a great choice Matt, unfortunately. The Biocube stock lighting just doesn't provide enough intensity to sustain these animals long term IMO.
If you like the look of anemones, maybe you would like a frogspawn or torch coral (both euphyllia species)? They have long, pretty tentacles that kind of resemble a nem. Clownfish will even host them sometimes. Your Biocube lighting would be sufficient for either. One thing though- these are moderately aggressive corals that should be given space. You don't want to place them close to other corals, or your other corals may be stung. |

| You could get more choices of soft corals, but not SPS |

I've actually kept some easy SPS under PC lighting and they did surprisingly well. I ran 130W PC over a 20H and kept green birdsnest and an encrusting montipora. IMO a montipora cap would also work. You're not going to be able to keep any but the easier SPS, but those that are possible should do fine. There are also many choices for LPS corals, so let's not forget about those. I easily kept acanthastrea, cynarina, lobophyllia, caulastrea, and euphyllia species under PCs. I wouldn't keep all those under the stock lighting, but with the upgrade it would be perfectly fine. As it turns out, I upgraded the tank and was able to get a 6 bulb HO T5 fixture that is MUCH better than the PCs I used to have. I don't miss anything about running PCs, but with high enough wattage they can afford you a decent range of options. |

Because if it is, i might change it when i get a bigger tank. |

| I have no experience with VHO so I can't comment there. Lighting a 125 is more tricky than my tank or Matt's tank... I'd go with MH if it's in the budget. |
