Lighting for a 37 gallon tank

Right now I have a 20 gallon tank with a 20 watt power glo for lighting. Someone gave me a 37 gallon tank and the lighting for it has a 20 watt GE Aqua Rays bulb in it, I wanna know if it is enough to light my tank, I have a bulb tip anemone, tomato clown, firefish, peppermint shrimp, turbo snail and palythoa (its a button polyp coral of some sort). Do I need stronger lighting or is the one I have ok

how about changing Aqua rays to either full act bulb or 50/50 bulb, and use both lights.

I'd definitely try to upgrade the lighting for the anemone. It might be ok for the zoanthids but 20 watts isn't enough light for the anemone. Be sure to feed it small pieces (1/4 inch size) of meaty marine origin foods a couple times a week.

I agree with Mike...definately not enough light for the anemone.
