Anything ... Rock doesn't need light. The minute you stick one piece of coral in that tank, it's a reef tank and your lighting needs change. Simple PC lights will keep your live rock purple.

Standard flourescent lighting (the fixtures that come with most tank kits) are just fine for FOWLR. You can put a reef bulb in that kind of fixture to add some actinic light, which will bring out the colors in the tank (fish and eventually coraline algae) a little more.
