I Need Help With The Odyssea Filter Please

I have brought the odyessea filter and can not get it started and I am not sure if I have it all put together right as the direct did not come in english does antone have this filter and can help me with this

Sorry I didn't reply sooner ! Can you take a photo of it ? I use to have a Odyssea filter on my Odyssea tank. Just make sure the water level is high enough in your tank, else the filter won't run.
