ok...well i have been bitten by the hair algae bug...i am starting to remove it by hand...anyone have some helpful suggestions for me?

told ya it was fun! just do a small area at a time, put a sponge on your overflow to catch any bit that come loose. do half an hour, have a beer, then do some more. did 1hr this morning,
Got the water 100% now, got 2 x 100lt containers and go for a drive to the beach each weekend and get 100lt, filter it to 5um, run it through a UV, save on salt and ro water.
No silver bullet for hair algae, just get your water right, low on your lights and keep plucking.

i like the idea of working and then having a drink...or maybe have a drink while working...i think that will be the plan tonight...thanks!
