Algae

Hi,

I bought a reef tank and i'm wondering how to remove hairy algae from corrals?

any suggestions?

ATP, GHA (green hair algae) is caused by excess phosphates. To reduce these phosphates you can
1) run phosban in a phosban reactor.
2) do not overfeed.
3) buy more algae eating snails. aka (clean-up crew)

GHA blooms are a common cycle in newly set-up tanks.
