Does anyone else have rats?? We love our rats, they are the best pet. They make wonderfull pets and get very attached to their humans

I have a few 12 to be exact. haha. 8 are babies about 1 or two months. I breed them for my snakes but I keep one male and 3 girls.

I used to have rats... they were my first non-fish pet. Don't live anywhere near long enough though... I miss all my lil guys and girls.

I like snakes and will hold them. I think their cool but cant have one cause cant feed anything furry to them. I could have something like a lizard and feed him insects though

i love rats. i dont really own any. i just care for the ones we have at my store. i have NEVER been bit by a rat unlike the stupid hamsters. i normaly walk around with a rat on my shoulder at work

I know sometimes I like too much one of the babies and I keep it but can't do it to often tho. I have too many pets right now.

We had all the rodents. Rats never bite. We also have two Degu's which never bite , but aren't as loving as rats.

We did have two black bear hamsters. Those type never bit us. I had done some research prior to buying them and found they were the nicest of the hamster.

My wife had a Chinchilla that we trade him for guinea pigs and every time she tried to grab him he stood up on the back legs and shoot pee at her. Quite funny to watch tho.

Chinchilla. He also took care of his sex addiction. if you know what I mean. (Head) I was weird out by that.

This is why I gave up on keeping rodents and the like. I cry whenever I lose a pet. I can't handle losing a pet every year or two.
