i might be inheriting a cornsnake from a friend of my mums who has 4 but dosent know what to do with it, has anyone had them before and could the give me a few pointers, i have an old 20 gallon aquarium in the garage, woulg that be ok to use?

Short term, a corn snake would do okay in a 20g. Long term, 40g would be better, giving the snake a chance to move around.

Corn snakes have the potential to grow to a pretty good size, I agree a 40 gal. would probably be better.
