ever since i bought my albino red tail shark, ive loved it!

though i dont know the gender? can anyone tell me the difference?

males have a black outline on their anal fin...from the pic, it looks like a female but you can look into the tank and see if it has any black ...nice fish !

to be honest i thought that they were both the same thing judging by the pics!

but I'd say red tailed shark

My (normal) Red Tail shark has all black fins except for her tail. I see "Ruby" sharks in the stores that have all red fins. That's why I asked.

that is a albino rainbow shark. redtail black sharks only have red tail fins.

i agree, its an albino Rainbow shark, not red tail. and buy the picture it looks too young to sex. how big is he/she?

about 3 inches give or take
