What is the correct coloring of an albino, also could an albino and regular rts mate and if so what would the fry be? A gray?

albino red tail sharks are originally colored:

males: solid black with scarlet red tail and often a splash of white on the dorsal fin
female: black body with gray belly and scarlet tail and often a white splash of white on the tip of the dorsal fin

it is very unlikely for a red tial shark or their cousins (rainbow or red finnned sharks) to breed in a home aquarium. Rare occasions have been reported, but only of the standard coloration. I'm not aware of any albinos breeding in the home aquarium

yes one is just an albino form. it is virtually impossible to visually sex albino sharks
