I also read your other posts, and one big problem I see is that your tank is NOT cycled, and it is overcrowded!
Do you have that API Master Test kit yet?
You need to post the results of the tests.
Ammonia?
Nitrite?
Nitrate?
Temperature?
You have a 20 gallon tank and approx. 33 " of fish, figured on their adult size. The proper stocking is not more than 1" of adult size per gallon of tank.
Are you doing water changes?
Redtailed sharks tend to get aggressive toward each other, or toward other fish of similar shape.
Chinese Algae Eaters are notoriously mean tempered, and after they grow up stop eating much algae.
First thing I would do would be to find a home or take back to your LFS if you can, one RT, and both CAE's. 3-5 otoes will do more for removing algae out of a small tank. BUT after you thin out your fish a little, DON"T add ANY back until your tank is fully cycled!!!
If you are a student, the last thing you need is the stress of a sick tank, and that is what you are headed to if you don't get your tank through the cycle. Post those test results, and we will try to help more.
