Hey everyone, i had 2 bolivian rams in my 33G which both turned out to be male and they kept having little fights, so i moved the more aggresive ram into my 72G.

The problem is i have a very lonely and timid bolivian ram left in my 33G, i was thinking, do i try and find him a female, or are there any other small cichlids which would be ok to company him?

you can do sooo much with it...any community fish at all will make him less timid...danios did the trick for me. maybe cardinals/neons/glolight...you name it! i had trouble with serpaes with my lone bolivian, so you may want to stay away from fin nippers. but tetras are probably a good idea since they require similar water conditions. other small cichlids...only ones i can think of are german blues and kribs. german blues have the similar parameters so they can go in, but i'm not sure about kribs

my bolivian even did fine with a rainbow shark...just not the serpaes
