Bolivian Ram, cant find much on them

Really would like more info about the Bolivian Rams if anyone has any. I read how to sex them but I cant tell for the life of me... unless they are all males cause that is what they look like at the store. From what I read a pair is fine but what if I accidently pick out two males, are they gonna be miserable? I am looking at these because they are looking really healthy for rams (most of the rams I see come through our store have a pretty high death rate). They seem like peaceful inhabitants that are large enough to hold thier own. If this is a bad idea for my tank maybe you could recommend another small (under 8 inches) fish that has a little color and would get along with inhabitants listed below.

Thank you! Any help is much apprieciated.

5 Congo Tetras - 15 inches
3 Albino Cory Cats - 9 inches
3 Upside Down Cat Fish - 12 inches
Pearl Gourami - 6 inches
Africian Knife - 9 inches

I don't know much about knife fish, but the rest of your fish will get along fine with Bolivian Rams. I have 3 of them and I love them. They are very hardy fish with great personalities. I still haven't figured out the sex of mine, but so far they are getting along well. If you have lots of rocks and plants in your tank, they will probably stay in their own little territories like mine do (though sometimes they visit eachother). Good luck with them

Rams, both German Blue and Bolivian need to be in trios. !M and 2 F or the male will harass the lone female to death.
Heres some info with pictures maybe they will help.
