I know these guys are new to the tank, but it has been a week today. Tho I never seem to see them eat or have any interest in the foods I drop in. This is the list of foods that I have, can someone let me know what works well with their GBR's diets?

• Omega One cichlid flakes
• hikari frozen boodworms
• hikari frozen brine shrimp with spirulina
• New Life Spectrum brine shrimp sinking pellets
• tetra color flakes

Just keep throwing some food in there so they get used to it, but I know all of mine took close too 2 weeks before they came out and fed since they were still a little wherry(?) from the travel. But if you throw in the food and it sinks to the bottom, they will find it and eat it when they feel there is no threat near by(you, was me with mine).

Thanks Tom,
yeh, my guys are very shy and hide out behind plants and pot whenever I come nearby. LOL.. its soo funny to see their little heads peeking out at me. They are really watching me.. curiously... but still do not know me yet and are afraid of me. They think I do not see them peering around the corners at me. haha.. when they do see that I am watching it, it slowly swims backwards for more cover.
I really love these little guys!
