Barbrella

I saw these lovely fish for the first time at the LFS. Did some research and it says they are very skittish and timid and not to be kept with boisterous tankmates.

I would love to have some. My fish are extremely peaceful (cherry barbs, neons, corys and ancistrus) but very lively - well, not the ancistrus - especially the barbs when they are spawning.

Has anyone kept featherfins with these type fish, and how did they do?

I have kept them with cories and bn's in the past with no problems.
They should be ok with the fish you list.

I have featherfin rainbows (Iriatherina werneri ) and they are just delightful. They do spar a little between themselves so they need plenty of room to swim and move around.
There is a pic of my threadfins here. I love these Rainbow fish!
