Hi all!!
First a quick run down of who's who in the tank:
Rainbow Shark
Krib (female)
one platy fry (don't know how this guy has survived)
8 Cherry Barbs
5 Danios
4 Gold dust mollies
2 large snail (mystery and gold inca)
Ooops forgot the 2 Hatchet fish
I am thinking about getting some Dwarf Gouramis for the tank. But, I fear the aggressive nature of the rainbow shark. Current tank set up is caves on either ends with tons of plants (horn wort and wisteria blocking all line of sight to the other cave) in the middle.
The shark has pretty much set up his base in the lower left hand corner underneath a hollow log. And is starting to "defend" this territory when algae wafers land in it.
I am going to go get another female krib in the near future (next month or so). And when I do I would love to get a group of Dwarf Gouramis is this a wise idea or will the fat shark see these new fish as intruders and decalre war on them?
All the help and advice you guys can give is greatly appreciated!!!
thanks in advance....
