Ok so my dwarf puffer fish has been acting weird. He lays on the bottom and just does nothing. Today i came to my tank and he was not moving and floating on the top. I thought he was dead his whole eye was white so i went to go take him out and he started to move and the other side of his body was fine. He will randomly swim and then just die out and do nothing. I have no clue what to do. Please help

A white eye is a sign of bacterial infection usually. I had it in one of my own puffers, and Ampicillin took care of it fast. But before you consider medicating, I'd like to know: what size tank he's in, any tankmates, nitrate, nitrate, and ammonia readings, temp, pH. That would help alot. Sounds like your guy is in pretty bad shape, and the most likely culprit is ammonia/nitrite poisoning or an infection. I hope he gets better
