Went to see my new boy yesterday and boy was he thin-i asked if he had not been eating or if the store had enough food for him[i take in my food as they feed flakes] and they said yes lots of food. i had been sick all week so i didn't get in until yesterday-and it turns out he was not fed regular as they were busy all week-end-and i said that's no excuse as i bring the food all you need to do is feed it to him. boy i am still mad lol. and i'm going to get him out of there as soon as i possiblly can, not a very nice thing to do to a beautiful little guy.sorry for the sound off-but you are the only ones that understand how i feel. bella
Oh how sad. That is horrible that they are not feeding their fish regularly! Did you purchase the GSP already and are you having them hold it for you? Regardless, neglecting animals is inexcusable. You know that if dogs at a pet store were malnourished, the pet store would probably get shut down. Its sad that many people don't see fish as intelligent animals
No, i bought him already and they are holding him for me until the tank is ready lol-i wish we could get TSS over here in canada lol and i would have had him home. but with being sick, and i have a very ill oranda it's taking more time-but still no excuse for him being that thin. thanks all for the sound off, and yes if it were dogs or cats they would be shut down by now.bella
