What is the best tank size for 1-2-GSP's? i am thinking of setting another one up for one or two lol is a 30-gal; suitable for -1-? and if 2-do they get along ok? and i know Pink's do but just wondering before purchase. and do they go into full marine as adults as some sites say yes and some no. Any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance bella

30 gallons is great for one for two a 60 gallon, and they should get along alright. i'd keep them in full marine as adults, it will end up being easier for you than a brackish set up

A 30 gal is only big enough for one. You'd want a 60g for 2. They will almost certainly get along as juvenilles. When they get older it's hard to tell. Better odds are when they are kept together from a small size. They seem to be healthiest at 1.015SG or higher. It just makes it easier to keep them at full marine since then you can use protein skimmers and LR to decrease your need for huge waterchanges. Plus then you can have a few tankmates with them sometimes And new evidence has suggested that they are marine breeders... but anyways, I won't get into that now

Pink- i saw some at the LFS and they were young adults but just beautiful lol nice clear eyes belly really white and great colouring and very alert lol These gsp's were about 2-3inches already and looked like they would get really big and unfortunatelly bing kept in f/w at the store-so i wonder how long they will be bright lol bella
