Dwarf Puffers With Tetras?

Hey everybody! I was thinking about getting some dwarf puffers. I have 8 tetras (4 Black Neons and 4 Glowlights). Could I get some dwarf puffers for my 12 gallon? Mabye like 2.

dwarf puffers are aggressive little fish, they will nip the tetras fins. They prefer to be in a species only tank

In a 12 gallon I definitely wouldn't try it....
