Not quite, but I'm worried about my guy now. He's always trying to squeeze between places he can barely fit. I came home to find his head stuck between the heater tube and the glass. He now has a decent burn mark on his cheek/under chin. I've put some filter floss between the tube and glass now..but makes me worried what else this guy is capable of, and what happens if I'm not home to help him...

Oh goodness! I've never had that problem before...
I think I've heard that there's some sort of flat heater that can go under the substrate? I'm not 100% sure... but maybe you could look into that and see if it'd help.
They are little stinks... make sure all the openings to the tank are closed, and try to look for any small spots like the one he got stuck in and fix them...
Sheesh, tell him to stop getting himself in trouble!
And for the burn, I think you know the drill, extra clean water, stresscoat, vitachem if you have it, garlic guard/juice...
