I am considering getting a ten gallon tank and putting in 2 dwarf puffers. I've done my research on these fish so I know about their size and water quality needs, but I didn't see wether or not they need a planted tank. I know they need some kind of plants, but would plastic be okay? I have no experience with live plants, so does anyone have some suggestions for easy starter ones? Thanks so much.

water whisteria is super easy to grow! I have some in all my tanks, witch have no CO2 input, and all the lighting is difrent! its fast grower to! and looks great!

Yeah I have some in my 500, 200, and 29 gallon tank they are fast growers I trim them every 2 weeks
