porcupines and mated clownfish

I have two mated clownfish in a 38 gallon tank which I intend to move to my 90 gallon tank as soon as it's up and ready. I wanted to get a porcupine puffer. Since porcupines are nocturnal, is it okay to put these species together when the clowns sleep in one spot on the bottom of the tank? Any other suggestions for tankmates for porcupines?
