hi guys...i have a CSS that has been running for a few weeks, but i am not sure if it is running properly...all of my levels are at 0 so i know that something is right. can anyone post some picturs of their skimmer so i can see what kind of junk t should be producing? any and all pictures would be great...thanks!

Keep in mind your tank is very new and has very little in it right now, so there is probably not very much disolved material in your water yet for the skimmer to pull out. In other words...I wouldn't sweat it too much. I have a CSS with some junk in the cup right now...I'll try and get a pic up for you in a bit.

Here ya go. Sometimes the gunk has a definate green cast to it, like this. Other times it is more brownish. Just depends on what type of stuff it is pulling out of the water at the time, I suppose.

I have this same skimmer and the stuff it pulls out is dark green gunk.

I need a new pic from the tunze since I've been skimming wetter than before. It's not as dark but I'm pulling more volume out.
