gremlin Fish Keeper	I wouldn't count on it as a permanent source of water. I would more try to use it to irrigate a garden or something. Eventually, the city (or someone) will get around to fixing it and then your pond could dry up. Someone somewhere is paying for that water and will eventually get around to seeing where it is going.
