Hey All,
At first we thought that this fish was gonna lay eggs or something...but its been a while and the poor thing looks like a balloon I did some online research and my best guess is dropsy..however...the scales do not appear to be elevated at all...(yet?)...does anyone have any comments..??

O my wat a chubbette! can you try to feed him/her some pieces of frozen peas peeled? it might be constipated

Poor thing is rather large. If he is constipated, Shawnies advice should help.
I see you have a screen over your pond. Is there any way you can feed the others and fast him? (except for the peas.)

Any other symptoms besides bloating?

It could be constipated like Shawnie and Lucy said. Can you take him/her out? Maybe you can have a closer look and give it more attention?
