How Many of You Use RO Water?

Hi just wondering how many of you guys use RO water for your tank, please stated how many % you use RO water and tap water. (do you use some conditioner or something else after you fill the tank up)

For me, i used 70% RO water + 30% tap water + RO conditioner.

I use 90% RO, 10% tap and depending on which tank (and fish) I add Liquid RO right by Kent.

I use 100% RO/DI on my SW tank and just tap water on my FW tanks right now.

Once we have our own house i will get my RO/DI unit plumbed in, then i will probably depending on the tank and its inhabitants use up to 50/50 RO/DI / tap water. (My unit does upto 100g a day)

Hello Callichma. If you're using strictly RO water then you need to be using an RO conditioner to add nutrients back into the water. Or you can use a combination of RO and tap.

Thanks. I was thinking that RO took out good stuff as well.

I use RO and a bit of tap water to raise the pH for stability. A bit?? 8 cups of tap to every 6 gallons of water.
