What is worse?

What is worse, MTS or being limited to one tank? This one really stumbles me. It should be in one of those question books.

Definitely only being allowed 1 tank! One bad case of MTS and you can have every fish you ever wanted...

I am still stumbled by this question. That is true but when I get a new tank I think: "man that could have been an X-Box", lol and I end up just as happy but I don't have money for anything(except fish)!

Being limited to only one tank is worse! With MTS and loads of $$$, I could have all the tanks I want in the world

Being limited to one tank and wanting more would not make me a happy camper

Doesn't MTS get even worse and worse though? Now I know how public aquariums started. I have tank cleanup 6 times a week mostly because the turtles need to be cleaned like every other day.

I am limited to only one tank, when I move out I will have a ton of tanks if I can afford them, only 5 more years till I end highschool

Being limited to one tank is definitely worse! MTS enables us to have several different types of fish

I know I know. Having only one tank is much worse now that I think about it.
P.S. I don't watch T.V. any more only look at fish. If I start watching T.V. I look at my fish tank which is right beside it.

I agree only one tank is worse, I too would rather watch my fish than tv, more entertaining

the poll suggests we all dislike being limited to one tank....
but maybe we only voted that way BECAUSE we all HAVE MTS

Hmmm. Very good point. I think everyone joined fishlore with one tank and were satisfied, I was, until I saw other tanks...

You only use it for the dvd You don't play Halo If I had a 360 that's all I would do but since we al have MTS we rather get tanks. Seriously I have a SEGA Dream Cast and I am totally amazed by it. It is like the PlayStation 3 games with an X-Box 360 controller but a little less good graphics and it says SEGA. I wish I had games for it.

I have a stored away computer so if someone doesn't have one I will trade for a 10 gallon tank but only if you don't have a computer. lol

Im not sure if that is even possible....limited to one tank,..... til when Once you start you will always "see" more tanks....they will be with you. Become one with your fish grasshopper! One tank is only a whole bunch of tiny tanks with no bottoms or sides. Thats how it starts. lolol

I've even started working on my husband to turn our 16x33 ft above ground pool into a koi pond ...thats not going over to well though

I would hate having a limit number on my tank but if it fit it fits even if I can't walk.

It stinks being limited to one tank, I wish I could have a cichlid tank, a couple betta tanks, a livebearer tank, an African tank, and a ton others. I think that is how I will pay off college, by breeding and selling fish.

I wish I had 10 betta tanks and a 50 gallon saltwater. Then, I would get a pond.

Well its time to hear another point of view. I have had MTS.. yes... ii did. But i went to aquaholics. com and spoke to this very nice doctor named Sh. Awnie and she helped alot.

lol

yes i had 3 tanks. But then, i started noticing that i had no room or $$$ to keep all 3 going. So i tore down the 10, and left the 2.5 and the 30. They are still running. I am very happy with both tanks, because i bought them myself ( i am 16 and had to work my butt off for these, but it payed off) and i couldnt be happier. I will keep more tanks in the future though
lol

oh btw, the 2.5 is on a desk and the 32g is like my room's tv

I know what you mean. I am planning on selling my tv since I already sold my digital converter so then There could be another tank there, or multiple tanks.

I guess I'm easily pleased, I feel that having MTS would be a financial risk... maybe I'm just a worry-wart.

Sometimes I think it is bad because having unlimited tanks means you will have to find room or get rid of stuff taking up room.

I hate to say it, but for me it's a no brainer :P The single tank, cause between my dad and I, we have different tastes, and it's a shame when I see an empty space in the house, then suggest something to put there and my parents say no .

Well it was hard for me to decide because I am on a low budget. Seriously, I earn 5 guaranteed dollars per week, around 20 when there are things to do in the yard and I have time to do them. I was happy having one fish tank, I could cover the expenses. I am happier having three fish tanks but can't cover the expenses. I was really close to getting a fourth one, a nano cube complete with filter, lighting, ext., but I didn't have enough money to stock it. I would still be that much happier. My saltwater tank needs some spending on and maybe restarting it.

I controversially picked MTS. I started off with 1, but within 3 months, had 2 more...
I thought it was bad only having one and being restricted, but then I got two more, and it takes sooo much of my time to clean and look after. Plus I don't have the the time to watch all my fish often haha!
Big respect to all these people with 5 tanks, 10 and 16 I have seen here! and MM, with aaaaaalllllll those breeding tanks and jars. Wow!
