Miniature killer whales would be cool though. I can visualize them looking like little fat guppies. I wonder how much space they would need. I think they will still need a lot of space.

a long but shallow tank for good exercise and easy access to air. i wonder what i'd end up feeding them?... they'd have neon tetra sized mouths, so the food they'd need would have to be fit for a carnivorous neon tetra...

Youll need to feed them miniature seals, penguins, smaller miniature whales or dolphins. They would probably eat bloodworms or miniature polar bears all to scale.
