I want a job at a fishstore so badly! It doesn't seem fair that people who don't know anything about fish can get a job at a fishstore just because there old enough... |

I currently just have a 28 saltwater tank. I have a 29 gallon tank I found, but my parents won't let me set it up. I know saltwater tanks are expensive. I wasted about 1000 grand on my saltwater tank!! |

I had to prove my knowledge, and willingness to learn about SW, before I was hired. |

I have a 34 gal SW. I retired my FW. |

Hmm.. My parents don't limit the number of fishtanks I can have but the times I go out to the store to get tank supplies, that they limit! haha
I have a freshwater tank. I don't plan to get a saltwater in my life but always dream of having one. It's so expensive and burns out more time than you spend on freshwater tanks! And worst of all, marine fish here in Malaysia are quite expensive and some stores sell marine fish but they are at a critical stage of dying! So yes, freshwater! My 55g is almost set up! YAY! |

| I have two freshwater. I love the way saltwater tanks look when they are done right (when something goes wrong, however... yikes)... but IMO it is easier to have a nice looking freshwater with a lot smaller time investment... so for now I will stick to fresh. Once the kids grow up a little more... Who knows.

| Freshwater is awesome. I love having plants. I have never seen a saltwater setup with plants only rocks and stuff but the fish do look better. saltwater fish are too expensive and so is the equipment. Freshwater doesn't need as many things as saltwater tanks. I think freshwater is better but saltwater comes in second place. Lol
