Good morning. This is a difficult poll. Being an animal lover I don't think I can single out a favorite.

My dog is more important to me than my fish.

That said I take fish keeping is a big responsibilty and feel that like all pets it is important to take this responsiblity seriously. My fish got sick this weekend and even though it is the end of the pay period... I bought them the meds that they need.

I couldn't possibly vote for a favourite...I have three cats and uh, 37 fish and I'd have more of everything (dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, fish) if only I had the room...

If it's furry or finny, I'm a happy girl.

I heard last night from someone getting a rat that they are very freindly and social and don't bit (well, most of the time anyways ) And they are the best pet for kids.

mine never bite, except when it's a play bite, like a quite and painless nib. they come when they are called and i've taught them to do a few tricks. they do great with little kids. one of them, Katie Yvonne, is a bit of a "daddy's little gril" and the other one, Stella Anne, was a people person before she had her accident 12 months ago today. she slipped off a coffee table and has never been the same scince. her neck was twisted at a 180 degree angle and she had no balance. Her neck now is only at about a 20 degree angel and she has a little more balance.

I voted dogs. I love my dogs, there is nothing like the unconditional love they give. My kids joke with me that I love the dogs more then them. I tell them sometimes I do because they don't talk back to me or ask me for money everytime I turn around! Cats would be second and then fish. I enjoy fish and the hobby but I don't love them like I do my dogs.

My aunt's got rats and they're really sweet. When ever I'm at her house I sleep in the same room as their cage. I say that they are much better sleeping companions than hamsters.
