| | Fish Master | I don't have any live plants, I don't have the time & money needed to keep them alive right now. |

| | Fish Addict | same with me. i know that some fish like to nibble on them but i cant be bothered. i dont know how to keep them and cleaning all the dead leaves is a pain. plus they need sunlight wich means that algae could potentially increase.
sigh |

| | Fish Keeper | i do have live plants in my tanks. im new to it (plants and tanks) and it is a bit of a pain (so far) but i really like the look of them. EXCEPT for plants that are kind of "furry like", myrio and cabomba- i despise these two plants. plants such as anubas, temple and radicans--plants with a good strong bottom root i like very much and are easy to care for. i have low lighting. |

| | Fish Addict | I haven't had them for long... but I'm giving it a try. I have pretty low light... but I figure that even if they don't make if forever then they will at least brighten up the tank for awhile. I bought plants that say they only need moderate light. |

| | Moderator | I have all plastic plants. However, I would like to attempt them at some point. But then again I love Silver Dollars (have my eyes on some red hook silver $'s for a future tank) and they don't mix well with live plants from what I understand. |

| | Fish Keeper | Hmm… I haven’t voted yet because my real answer would “no but wish I did”. Another option I would recommend would be “yes but wish I didn’t”.
So feel free to consider me a no vote but…. |

| | Fish Master | I have two fully planted tanks, and I looooooove them! I have java moss, java fern, several kinds of anubias, some crypts, hygros, dwarf lily plants, water sprite, some little floating plant (frogbit?) and some other plant I suspect to be anacharis, but looks different than the anacharis I had before... I love the look of a planted tank, especially when it has driftwood |

| | Fish Keeper | I have one plant. Anubias on a piece of driftwood, and I love it! I want to plant some more, but I need to wait until I can afford the lighting upgrade. |

| | Fish Bum | I love my live plants - I don't find them much effort at all - I have low light and no direct sunlight - some thrive and some don't - right now the wisteria is looking great! |

| | Fish Keeper | Yup! All real, no fake. I actually cringe when I see a huge tank with day-glo castles and neon gravel. Oh the potential the tank has! I'm really big on the natural look for tanks. |
