help needed !

hi i am trying to find out weather a 25g tank would be ok for rainbow fish i have tryd to but still cant find any tank size info can any1 help me??

What species? How many? And is it a 25 long or a 25 tall? Rainbows like to have lots of swimming room.

i am thinking boesmani or australian cause they are the ones i know we defintly have in new zealand

um my tank is a aquaone ar510 wich is 51cm long and 54cm high

not sure wat inches that is..

its 90litres

I love this site and they're pretty through about their information.

For the species that you mentioned:

Boeseman's Rainbowfish, Bicolor Rainbow, Boesemani
91cm (36") tank of roughly 35-45 gallon (132-170 L)

Australian Rainbowfish
32" (81 cm) tank with a volume of 30 gallons (114 L)

However there are some smaller speices if you check the site out that you might like.

Note: both of the above are under the Melanotaenia family

gutted i cant have the two species i wanted
but im going to go for 10 tiger barbs and 2 kribs
