| I'm 23 so not old yet. I don't think 43 is old Vin! I consider people 'old' once they hit their 80s and not a minute sooner. About rent..it's not as expensive as NYC but Amherst, MA seems pricey to me...850 sq feet for $950/month =( Back in Ohio my mom has a two floor apartment with basement and backyard for $750...Think of the size of a fish tank I could buy if I didn't have to spend it all on rent! | |

Maybe if it asked at 10 year intervals we could taks some results from it. As it stands the bigger the catogre the bigger the percentage of the vote!!!
However it does seem a younger population than I anticipated! Prehaps this is because most people who find fishlore, are new to the hobby and are searching for advice, prehaps the older generation might have established 'problem solving' avenues (books/freinds in the buisness ect), or just don't use the net!!!!

Since fishLores beginning the new hobbyist has been drawn here and I believe that was it's original purpose, to provide good, correct information in an atmosphere that welcomes questions. i am 46 and proud of it ,as i made it this far i not classes as old ,my kids are the envy of their friends as we have always done cool things like go to live brands like u2,foo fighters,rolling stones ,iron maiden, and lots more and for us it a 5 hour drive to melbourne ,i travelled oversea on my own (was in canda this year for 6 weeks hired a 2008 mustang drove 3000 miles had a blast all on my own again and i ride a harley thats why my user name is kathyshovel,shovel is the type of motor used before evos(just for the young ones lol )the older u get the more u have enjoyed ,so life what u make it there lots to enjoy look forward it u young ones lol best wishes for 2009  | |
