That is a habit that I have I should break but oh well... I eat my oatmeal in the morning every morning while reading the news and checking email... before bed I drink some milk and have a light snack (I have low blood sugar and have to eat some graham crackers usually before bed every night so I don't wake up w/ the shakes) and me and my husband fight when we are eating lunch in the living room over who uses the desk as a table

I live in a doorm so my computer desk is also my dinning table. I alwayse eat when I am at the computer, it helps to keep me from getting to distracted.

I eat while on the pc pretty often, but a lot of the time I can't find anything to eat in my house (probably cause I eat all the food as it appears )

i get dehydrated easily so i have to have something to drink by me at all times.. and a fishtank is sooo not including in that.. lol

coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, and water. Sometimes breakfast or a snack. I live in a one bedroom apt. so all of our time is in the kitchen/livingroom area. I am guilt-free. I do my yoga right next to the computer too.

I always have either diet coke or starbucks. If I'm hungry a bean and cheese burrito or wheat thins can also be found nearbye. Okay, now I'm getting hungry lol!

All the time. You can't afford to miss part of the game while eating! And it'd be way to nerdish to just not eat in favor of the game....so mix both!

I haven't lost 70 pounds in the last 2 years to gain it all back with indulgent habits such as eatting at the computer, but I always have a diet soda with me. (I do still indulge in snacks and sweets, but just not when I am distracted with other things, such as the computer. If I am paying full attention when I snack or indulge it tends to take care of any cravings.

I work on my bad habits and try to control them, because it has been 2 years as of this month that I quit smoking and have been on a slow, but steady road to health while still enjoying life to the fullest.

Wow congrats!! Soon I am going to be quitting smoking again too (boyfriend and I are going to be one another's moral support/punching bags )... hopefully I have what it takes to stay strong this time, like you obviously are!
