I haven't lost 70 pounds in the last 2 years to gain it all back with indulgent habits such as eatting at the computer, but I always have a diet soda with me.

(I do still indulge in snacks and sweets, but just not when I am distracted with other things, such as the computer. If I am paying full attention when I snack or indulge it tends to take care of any cravings.
I work on my bad habits and try to control them, because it has been 2 years as of this month that I quit smoking and have been on a slow, but steady road to health while still enjoying life to the fullest.
