Asking for a favorite fish is like asking who is your favorite child!! Its hard to say, especially when they are in your tank! I guess I can say that my favorite fish are the Bettas. For community tanks, my favorite are the tiger barbs. IF i had a large tank my favorite would be discus fish., They are truly beautiful! Angels are on my list as well, second to the tiger barbs. I love alot of fish that I cannot have, like the oscars and the jack dempsey fish. African chiclids are pretty kewl as well. Sooooo.. seems that I like alot of fish and this ended up being a hard poll to answer! lol..

I like Oscars, Jack Dempseys, Green Terrors and other really really mean fish.

Seriously, I think my fave fish is either Oscars or Discus. Oscars just seem so smart and have unique personalities, and Discus are just so majestic, pretty, and peaceful.

Anyway, they're also cichlids, and even though they'er not quite as aggressive as oscars, they have the same unique personallities and a nasty mean streak.

prolly gotta be bettas, even though I can't even come close to holding a candle to some of the other betta geeks around here (and you know who you are: Rose, Dave&Stacey, etc.)

Albacore tuna. Hands down.

Honestly, clingfish are really cool. Don't know where to get one, but I've seen 'em in public aquaria.

If I ever have a saltwater tank, I'd like some basslets, too. And gobies are always cute. Archerfish? Archerfish are honestly cooler than a lot of people that I know.

I mean. Perciformes all the way, guys. I cannot tell you what my favorite perciform is - I love them all equally.

Eurypharynx pelecanoides is awesome, too. So many good fish.

Oh! I forgot the Ocean Sunfish! Good old Mola mola. Good ol' molie. Ugliest fish in the world.
