i would like to have just about every type of fish going, but limited by whats peaceful and practical and by space etc. so how many species have you got?

i'm a big guppy fan! if you can only have 2 species, one would have to be guppy!!....not that i'm biased or anything!!!!!!!!

If I am remembering correctly, there are over 5800 described species of freshwater fish.

Less than 10% of that is easily available to the hobbyist.

I have 4 which are so good together, and have some cool looking colors and behaviors.

My book says 15,000-20,000 freshwater only fish in the world and about 1,500 are suitable for aquariums. And I don't know about saltwater(I don't think anyone really knows).
