How does one go about to put multiple choices on one poll?

When you click on new poll a reply window comes up with choices, there is even an option to add more choices.

I meant to say, how does one create a poll where someone can vote twice? sorry for the confusion.

I think what you do is when you make a new poll, in the section where it says "Poll options" (it's under where you put the question plus answers etc.) change it from number 1 to number 2 or however many times you want the person to be able to vote.
