I started out with just flake food but added frozen blood worms due to a variety of fish in my tank. I add in live vegetables occasionally. This weekend my pet store was out of the blood worms I usually buy so I bought frozen brine shrimp instead. I just got through feeding them to my fish for the first time and they LOVED them!

I use more than 2. I use frozen blood worm(mainly for the frog and the bumblebee gobys), flake (for the tetras and guppys), slow siking pellets (gouramis and cichlids) and fast sinking pellets (catfish)

I use it all, except the frozen foods. I have flakes (many varieties), pellets, sticks, freeze dried bloodworms, shrimp, brine shrimp, daphnia, and zoo plankton. I also feed larvae from my friend's pond, and rosy reds occasionally to my oscars and jack dempsey.
