We had a storm yesterday...it was still snowing when I woke up this morning. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas now.

We had about 8 inches stick for a few days and a couple inches for a couple days. The near by resort got 3 ft though so WOOOHHHOOOOO. Been a slow start for southern Colorado. I'm jealous of your foot and a half Tom.

No snow yet here either on Cape Cod MA. Keeping my fingers crossed that we have a mild winter again. I hate driving in snow it makes me so nervous.

I am from South East Asia, i have never seen snow in my life (off course i've seen it on TV); it's winter now in Bangladesh and it's cold here but we have never seen snow as ours is a tropical country. i would love to experience snowfall. i know it's cool

I couldn't imagine not experiencing snow...yet at the same time I'd be great not to have to deal with the winter issues...driving, shoveling etc.

No snow here. This weekend it's going to be 68*F
Sometimes it snows in Feb, but it doesn't look like it's going to this year.

The past couple of days have brought quite a bit of snow to MN. I missed class last night because the roads were so bad.

I wish i could just feel snow!! It never snows here as i live on the coast. It does snow inland but too far away to go there before it melts or else its a major storm and the roads are blocked!

I didn't know you live in MN too! Today will be my third time shoveling the driveway in three days, and my dad said we're supposed to get more tomorrow. Seems unusual for this time of year.

Yeah, you are a bit south to be getting snow on a regular basis.

We got about an inch or so today. Its nice because it stuck to the grass and such, but melted on the road, so it looks all pretty without the hassle of driving hazzards and getting salt all over the cars.

Snow that hasn't stuck, although there was hardly any anyway. By this time of the year 10 years again, there already would have been snow - before, when I was little, there's been snow here gotten up to a foot during winters - now there's no snow anymore at all here (I'm in northeastern TN, by the way).

Yeah, it used ot be that you would get snow and we would not ( 150 miles apart)
Now neither of us get snow.

Last snow of more than 2 inches was 7 years ago here.

It doesn't make me nervous, but i hate that snow slush/road clearing mix that gets all stuck up in the wheel wells.

Growing up in Florida, I saw a grand total of 2 snow flurries (1 didn't even have anything make it to the ground) in about 30 years. Here in Colorado, I've seen plenty of snow and a blizzard that the news said was the heaviest 12-hour snowfall in about a century.

Hard to describe the feel of snow, but the snow here is dry snow and I guess feels kind of like cold powder.

Since 1 this afternoon we've gotten 5 inches, and its still coming down. Looks like we might have a white Christmas after all, as long as it doesn't all melt!
