Hi everyone

Here's a sensitive subject: weight. Pretty much all my life I've wanted to weight 5kg or 10kg less. Nothing major, but basically constantly feeling like you need to loose weight. The older I got, the slower my metabolism (I am now the grand old age of 32).

Most women I know feel that way. I was wondering if I was alone out there, or, well, if we're all facing the same struggles with our stupid sedentary lifestyle! I just wish we lived in a world when it's OK to wear a bikini in public without seeing your ribs.

Man I couldn't even tell you how much I weight. I had this phase of everybody telling me I looked really great, and I still weighed like 100 tons. Am not kidding, I think I have platinum bones or something. Could it be my extraordinary brain?

It would be great if exercise was important enough in our society that our work would set time aside for us to do it, because the last thing I want to do after spending hours at work is more chores.

I'm 17, 6'00" and about 200-210lbs. But I am told I need to gain some more weight since I play football and I am an offensive linemen.

Wow, you're 6' tall at 17. Young people getting taller and taller...

I was 6' when I was about 14-15. I haven't really grown much since, but I am not about 25 yet(when you really stop growing).

It feels like I've stopped growing when I was 12! I am 1m67 (no idea what that is in foot)

I weigh about 190 lbs, and am just under six feet.
Despite being involved in two different types of martial arts, and trying to eat healthy, I've got a bit of a paunch.

I'm about 5'10" last time I checked and around 146lbs. last time I checked. I run a lot so I eat a lot and don't really worry about my weight. I'm 16 in less than a month if that helps.

I'm 43kg. i feel i feel slightly under weight as i lost a lot of weight last year and didnt pick up. i'm 158cm tall (short?) i think. by the way i'm 17. oh and armadillo, i dont think your over weight!

I'm 32 at 5'1" and 123lbs. I take rhythmic aerobics every summer to maintain my weight. I worry all the time about my weight because I know the older you get the harder it is to lose the pounds.
