i've never had either of those plecos,but in my experience with keeping 2 plecos of any kind they sometimes harass each other.it would be better in my opinion if both were young.

IF THEY ARE BOTH JUVENILE YOU WOULD HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF THEM ACCEPTING EACH OTHER.
